Before rolling it out further, K-Lynx ran the system through real batches with a field operator acting as a user-acceptance tester — and treated what broke as the next build step, not an afterthought.
- Fast taps on mobile were triggering the browser's pinch-zoom. → Rebuilt the input handling so scanning stays fast without fighting the screen.
- Submissions had a beat of lag with no feedback, so people weren't sure a batch went through. → Added a clear on-screen confirmation the moment a batch commits.
- Free-text fields let typos and inconsistent naming into the data. → Replaced open text entry with structured dropdowns wherever the input needed to be reliable.
